MIM injection moulding equipment
We use an advanced MIM process and the picture on the right shows the display of the equipment. We have adjusted the parameters set to ensure that the quality and slot accuracy of the product coming out of the machine is as expected from our design.
Microscopic inspection
We inspect the surface of each product through an industrial microscope to exclude products with visible scratches, chamfers and gaps. This ensures that only perfect products are packaged.
High temperature moulded products
You are now looking at a very expensive high-temperature furnace, where the products are processed in depth in a sealed and sheltered space up to 1300 degrees Celsius. The stability of the metal pellet mechanism is guaranteed. The result is a bracket with sufficient strength and rigidity.
